How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?
Provide the order reference when you can locate it. Share only the information relevant to that verification process.
How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?
Record any agreed price and what it includes together. Keep the original date of the discussion in your notes.
What should I confirm before purchasing on behalf of an organization?
Review whether ongoing commitments would need separate authorization. Do not promise the seller an approval that has not been obtained.
